Micho F. Spring

Micho Spring is a Senior Advisor at Weber Shandwick, formerly leader of its Global Corporate practice and its Chief Reputation Officer. Micho brings extensive experience as a senior manager in both the public and private sectors to her work as a communications strategist, including six years as CEO of Boston Telecommunications Company, and four years as Deputy Mayor of Boston. She also served as Chief of Staff to Boston Mayor Kevin H. White after four years of service in New York City government.

Micho holds numerous board memberships, including National Bank Holdings Corp (“NBHC”), the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, where she is Past Chair, the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) New England, the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation, Friends of Caritas Cubana, where she is Founding Chair, the Massachusetts Conference for Women, and is a Member of the Corporation, Mass General Brigham. She previously served on the Boards of Partners Healthcare and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, among others.
