What is our public health emergency pay policy?

Who can I talk to if I'm feeling anxious? 

Mutual of Omaha’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to assist benefits eligible employees and their eligible dependents with personal and job-related concerns. Experienced professionals are available to provide immediate support and guidance in the areas of emotional well-being, family and relationships, legal and financial, healthy lifestyles, and work and life transitions.

What if I need to travel, either for work or personal reasons? 

For work-related travel, see our policies here. Whitehead Institute strongly discourages personal travel to international locations by any Whitehead Institute member, including faculty, students, and staff. If you choose to travel to a country on the CDCs COVID-19 travel advisories page, you will be required to complete this form two or three days prior to your return. Those returning from Level 3 countries (as defined by CDC) will be required to self-quarantine for 14 days upon return; others may also be required to self-quarantine.
