Get a clue: CSI and the science of forensics

It’s a classic ‘whodunit’. You’ve been called to the scene to gather evidence, but can you find the clues and solve the crime?

Join our team of junior detectives to explore the techniques behind crime scene investigation and discover how forensic science works in the real world. The 2017 program will run February 21-24.

Science from Scientists, the leading in-class science/STEM enrichment program in Massachusetts, is excited to partner with Whitehead Institute to bring you this four-day interactive workshop on the kind of forensics you might see only on television.

Get A Clue, a segment of our Expedition: Bio program, is supported by a generous contribution from the Amgen Foundation, with additional scholarship support provided by Sanofi Genzyme.

Amgen and the Amgen Foundation support local and national organizations that spark students’ interest in the sciences through inquiry-based hands-on science experiences and that offer professional development opportunities for teachers.

“It is so hard to find challenging and engaging projects for teenage girls interested in science and your program was all that and more! In my daughter's own words, 'It's so nice to be in an intellectually stimulating environment where people actually enjoy learning.' I could not agree more.”
